HI, I’M AMANDA!

Like many outdoor athletes, I’ve struggled with digestive issues that limited me from fully enjoying all of my favorite outdoor activities. It wasn’t until I was truly able to identify the root cause of my symptoms (hint: it wasn’t just a bunch of food sensitivities) that I was finally able to climb, cycle, and run without discomfort.

Now as a Clinical Nutritionist trained in Functional Medicine, I’ve helped hundreds of active people overcome digestive challenges, reclaim their health, and elevate their performance.
